TB people is a global network of people affected by tuberculosis, bringing together communities worldwide to amplify their voice and influence policies and programs in the TB response. Founded in 2016, the network works toward a shared vision of a world free of TB, where communities and people are at the center of change.
We advance people-centered solutions by strengthening community leadership, promoting the rights of people affected by TB, and ensuring their meaningful engagement in decision-making processes. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and innovation, TB people drives sustainable investments in community-led responses—proven to reach the most vulnerable populations and accelerate progress toward ending tuberculosis.

History of tuberculosis
OneImpactUkraine is a digital system created by the TB community. It covers the entire country and helps people with tuberculosis and their families during treatment. Here you can easily get information, advice or access to help.
Country offices
TB people develops a network of country chapters to ensure a strong connection between the global movement and local communities. This model was launched in 2018 to strengthen engagement with people on the ground and to overcome language and structural barriers that may limit the participation of people affected by tuberculosis in global processes.
Country chapters act as local hubs for community mobilization, advocacy, and support. They help build the capacity of communities, promote their participation in policy-making, and connect grassroots voices with the global TB people network. Established across multiple countries and continuously expanding, these chapters strengthen the collective movement and ensure that the voices of people affected by TB are heard at all levels—from local to global.
